The day before Christmas findhomelesspeople.org distributed 300 bags filled with goodies for the un-housed. The bags were decorated by the kids at Western Elementary School and Euclid Ave. Elementary School. Thanks to both principles for allowing the kids to participate and provide the un-housed, if just for a moment a sense of Christmas spirit during this turbulent time of their lives.
We would also like to thank our other sponsors Feed the Children and Praise United for providing us the goodies in the bags.
They all got bottled water, soda, box of pop tarts, bag of chocolate covered pretzels, large box of raisins, cookie dough, a box of protein bars, body wash, shampoo, lotion, hand sanitizer, and body soap.
