The FY2026 Cincinnati/Hamilton County Continuum of Care (CoC) Project Intent to Apply is now available for all agencies seeking renewal, expansion, transition, or new project funding in this year’s HUD CoC Program Competition. Applicants will be scored using the Goals, Objectives, and performance expectations outlined in the FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grants NOFO, as well as local scoring criteria that was developed based on local needs and system gaps. Interested applicants are encouraged to attend the OH-500 CoC Orientation and Explainer Event on June 24, 2026, from 2PM-4PM to learn more about the local application and scoring process: Register Here
All completed Intents to Apply must be submitted to Strategies to End Homelessness (STEH) no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 10, 2026, at NOFAS@end-homelessness.org.
As we continue strengthening our Continuum of Care, we strongly encourage new organizations, including faith-based partners and agencies exploring new project concepts, to apply.
